Office Administrative ServicesExecutive, Legislative, and Other General Government SupportEmployment ServicesReligious OrganizationsChild Care ServicesCore Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to process correspondence via email and printMaintains databases of company contacts Maintain email lists and other company listsPrepares written summaries of data when needed.Prepares reports from multiple sources.Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.Schedules meetings and appointments for managers or supervisors.Assists with filings and document retention as neededMaintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.Works on special projects with Executive Assistants or other assigned supervisors as needed.Performs other related duties as assigned.Position Requirements:Three to five years of experience in an administrative roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Experience in secretary functionProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.Ability to work independently.This is a part-time, hourly position requiring approximately up to 30 hours per week on a flexible schedule
