Account Advisor
Position: Account Advisor, Full Time Employee
Training Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Assist callers with inquiries regarding their accounts and current promotions in their market
Be able to maintain multiple system client calls to answer any type of call that should arrive, mostly selling
opportunities and billing
Track personal sales goals and call performance ratings
Process on-line account transactions, (such as new broadband orders) and requests for surveys, upgrades,
downgrades and transfers
Ability and willingness to learn and understand a diverse product line
Keep accounts updated with correct client information and thoroughly complete all client information on each
new order
Provide timely follow-up on call-backs
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and developments that affect target markets. (Know
your competition)
Some weekend work required
May be after-hour opportunities available

Conditions and Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
