Technical Product Manager

Role SummaryThis Technical Product Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering backend digital products that power critical business capabilities. You will own the product vision for backend systems, translate business needs into technical requirements, and partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.In this role, you will manage the full product lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap planning to execution and optimization—while ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Your work will directly influence platform stability, efficiency, and the ability to innovate quickly.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the product roadmap for backend systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise goalsTranslate business objectives and user needs into clear, actionable technical requirementsPartner closely with Java and Python engineering teams to deliver scalable backend solutionsPrioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business value and ROIDefine and track KPIs to measure product performance and guide continuous improvementLead product delivery from discovery through launch, ensuring quality and timelinessIdentify dependencies, risks, and blockers and proactively drive resolutions across teamsKey Requirements3+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or a related roleStrong understanding of backend systems, APIs, data flows, and system integrationsExperience working directly with engineering teams using Java and/or PythonHands-on experience writing detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteriaFamiliarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and modern product development practicesAbility to analyze data, define KPIs, and make informed product decisionsStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
