Job Description DescriptionAssemble electrical and mechanical components according to specifications using proper tools and verifying conformance of parts.Communicate progress with Lead.Keep production area clean and organized to allow efficient production.Assembly of special machines (Precision assembly of close tolerance machined parts and components).Assisting at the offsite installation of our systems at our customer’s facility when applicable.Work with Management to determine resource requirements, work allocation and production deadlines to achieve objectives Work with other Team Members to provide training and mentorship. Build and expand Team member relationships.Quickly learn new systems and software.Properly manage time and assist Team Members with managing their time as well.Manage time and prioritize accordingly to meet production requirements. Demonstrate outstanding organizational and leadership skills.Alignment with our Core Values.As needed, host the visit of or facilitate visits to customers.Maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanical-electro machine builder/assembler in a manufacturing environment.A minimum of 5 years of machining desired; leadership experience preferred.Ability to weigh tasks and prioritize the job assembly schedule to ensure on schedule delivery of the product.Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical users via email, phone, and in person.Communicate with internal team and Management to ensure the on-time completion and shipment of all orders.Be able to quickly and effectively make decisions and problem solve to avoid conflict and delays in production.
