Splunk Engineer - FSPThe Splunk Engineer - FSP designs, implements, and manages Splunk solutions to enable advanced data analysis, monitoring, and visualization for our organization. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and managing Splunk environments across on-premise and cloud infrastructures. The role also involves performing upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and security. The Splunk Engineer will monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with application owners, network engineers, and other stakeholders to identify relevant data sources. Additionally, the role requires developing and maintaining data onboarding processes, writing and optimizing regular expressions, data transforms, and event types, and creating complex Splunk queries using Search Processing Language (SPL) to perform analysis and extract meaningful insights. The Splunk Engineer will also develop dashboards, reports, and alerts tailored to operational, security, and business requirements. Required skills and qualifications include an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance, minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Splunk administration, implementation, and data analysis, preferably in a medium-to-large enterprise environment, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
