Role: Senior Certinia Functional ConsultantLocation: RTP / Raleigh, NC — on-site5+ years of overall Salesforce ecosystem experience3+ years hands-on Certinia (FinancialForce) functional experienceStrong knowledge of Certinia PSA modules: resource management, project billing, time & expense, revenue recognition, project accountingExperience working directly with business stakeholders — not just technical teamsPrior experience embedding with a client team and driving adoption from the insideFamiliarity with professional services operations — staffing allocation, margin tracking, invoicing workflowsChange management exposure — helping end users adopt new processes post go-liveCertinia or Salesforce certifications preferredExperience in multi-BU rollouts is a plus
