This person will oversee janitorial operations across multiple buildings, ensuring exceptional service quality and client satisfaction. This leadership role involves managing site supervisors, coordinating staffing and training, conducting inspections, and implementing operational improvements.What You'll Do As An Exceptional Team MemberSupervise and direct staff activitiesResponsible for P&L activitiesManage operational policies, objectives and initiatives to ensure cost effectivenessEstablishes operating policies to mitigate riskProvide leadership to develop new customers and maintain existing customer baseManage emergency response for all problemsCreate estimates and workload for bids and new job sitesTravel and manage all aspects in the assigned area/territoryMonitor and ensure quality control expectations are metSupervise cleaners & floor techsMaintain payroll recordsMaintain performance documents & disciplinary actionsPerform quality control to conform to Harvard & customer standardsInventory & supply controlTrain new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniqueWhat You'll Need To Be An Extraordinary Team MemberBachelor's degree or comparable management experienceMinimum of ten (10) years industry experienceAbility to demonstrate expertise in the field's concepts, practices and proceduresMust have working knowledge of MS Office SuiteLeadership: Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through othersPlanning: Ability to perform short- and long-range planningExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent project and program management skillsMinimum 3 years of experience managing building services(janitorial)Outstanding written and verbal communication skillsMust be flexible with hours and schedulesTechnical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service deliveryAbility to multi-taskThe Harvard PromiseJoin our team of extraordinary people committed to delivering exceptional service.
