In this highly visible role, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our internal Product Owners, business stakeholders, and global System Integrator (SI) partners. This is a hybrid role for a champion of retail execution who understands both business logic and technical validationWhat You Will DoDomain Expertise: Act as the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and retail execution expert, ensuring Salesforce solutions seamlessly support real-world field workflows (store visits, tasks, surveys, promotions, and Perfect Store execution).Requirements & Translation: Partner with Product Managers to translate complex retail business requirements into clear, testable technical acceptance criteria within an Agile environment.Quality Gatekeeper: Protect solution quality by identifying technical gaps, risks, and edge cases early in the delivery lifecycle to reduce downstream business impact.End-to-End Validation: Design and oversee functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across CG Cloud, focusing heavily on mobile and offline field execution scenarios.Agile & DevOps Collaboration: Lead niche Agile workstreams, collaborate with developers and SRE teams to triage defects, and provide critical input into final release and go-live decisions.What You BringExperience: 8+ years of total technical/analytical experience, with 5+ years specifically within the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) or CPG industry.Salesforce Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, ideally Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud or comparable mobile field execution software.The Bridge Mindset: Proven ability to sit between business users and technical engineers, translating needs into structured acceptance criteria and robust UAT plans.Mobile Savvy: Deep understanding of mobile application behaviors, including offline synchronization and field usability for sales reps and merchandisers.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent work experience.Certifications: Salesforce CG Cloud or related Salesforce certifications are highly preferred.
