Job Description About the Role:As a Pool Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic and fast-paced poolside environment. Your primary objective is to provide attentive and friendly service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests&#39; needs are met promptly and courteously. You will contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere around the pool area, enhancing the overall ambiance and guest satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members. Ultimately, your efforts will help create memorable leisure experiences that encourage repeat visits and positive reviews.Minimum Qualifications:Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role, preferably in a hospitality setting.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in an outdoor environment.Basic math skills for handling transactions and orders.Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with guests and team members.Legal authorization to work in the United States.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working as a server in a poolside, resort, or similar leisure environment.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude.Additional language skills to assist a diverse guest population.Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and provide menus, explaining daily specials and answering questions about food and beverage offerings.Take accurate orders and deliver food and drinks promptly to guests at poolside seating areas.Monitor guest needs throughout their visit, responding quickly to requests and ensuring satisfaction.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside service area, including clearing tables and disposing of waste appropriately.Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely service and communicate any special guest requirements.Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.Handle cash and process payments accurately when required, following company policies.Skills:The required skills such as effective communication and customer service are essential for engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
