Responsibilities:
Hands-on Project execution experience in setting up a plant to
manufacture aseptic liquids. Candidates with a minimum of 6 years of
project engineering experience who can effectively interface with the
Nestle project team and fabrication and installation contractors, and
equipment suppliers during the construction, installation,
commissioning, qualification, and validation phases of the project.
Must Haves:
5+ years of engineering experience in an FDA/GMP-regulated environment
Aseptic liquid filling experience
Experience in coordinating the installation of case packers,
conveyors and End Line Palletizers, Stretch Wrappers, and other
packaging equipment
Coordinate equipment, piping clean-ups, pressure testing, I/O checks,
testing, commissioning, validation, and IQ / OQ / PQ documents
Experience implementing safety programs in a manufacturing environment
Plusses:
Experience with Terta Tec aseptic filling equipment
