You'll design, deploy, and operate Dell PowerFlex software-defined storage and VMware virtualization infrastructure in a high-security, mission-critical environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology supporting national defense priorities.What You'll DoEngineer and operate Dell PowerFlex storage systems integrated with VMware vSphere environments supporting defense missionsDesign highly available storage and compute solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and securityExecute storage provisioning, capacity planning, and performance tuning for mission-critical workloadsPerform VM migrations, lifecycle management, and infrastructure upgrades with zero downtimeImplement DISA STIGs and security hardening across storage and virtualization platformsCollaborate with network, application, and security teams to deliver integrated infrastructure servicesDevelop technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to government staffCentex Technologies and its subcontractors comply with the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a), and 60-741.5(a), ensuring equal opportunity for all qualified individuals, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities. We also participate in E-Verify.RequirementsActive TS/SCI clearance (must be current)5+ years VMware vSphere engineering/administration experience3+ years Dell PowerFlex or comparable SDS platform experience (design, deployment, operations)Strong storage architecture knowledge: block/file storage, multipathing, performance optimizationExperience with VM workload migrations (vMotion, Storage vMotion)DoD or federal customer support experience in secure environmentsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experienceU.S. citizenshipPreferredDell PowerFlex or VMware certificationsAutomation/scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Ansible)Prior DTRA or defense agency experienceKnowledge of RMF and federal security frameworksJ-18808-Ljbffr
