About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicatedICURegistered Nurse (RN)to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. As an ICU RN, you will provide direct, high-acuity patient care to critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring, life support, and complex interventions. You’ll work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill ICU patientsPerform continuous patient assessment and interpret hemodynamic dataAdminister medications, titrate drips, and manage advanced life-support equipmentCollaborate with physicians and care teams on treatment plansDocument care accurately in the electronic medical recordEducate patients and families during critical and end-of-life situationsMaintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and best practicesQualificationsActiveRN license(compact or willing to obtain)1+ year of ICU or critical care experience preferred(strong stepdown/PCU considered)BLS required ;ACLS required or obtained within orientationExperience with ventilators, critical drips, and high-acuity patients preferredStrong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skillsWhy Join Us?Competitive compensation and benefits package.
