The Maple Tree Inn is seeking a warm and approachable individual to join our dynamic team as a Guest Service Representative in Sunnyvale, CA. If you excel in providing efficient and courteous assistance to hotel guests in person and over the phone, this role is perfect for you.Responsibilities include managing guest inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and promptly resolving any issues or concerns.As the welcoming face of our esteemed hotel, we require a high level of professionalism and a well-groomed appearance.Please be aware that we are only considering applicants who are currently authorized to work in the United States and are located in Sunnyvale, CA.Flexible schedule required, days, nights, weekends, and Holidays.Able to be promptly on time for your scheduled shifts.Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly DOE
