Policy Analyst

A company is looking for a Policy Analyst to support the Veterans Health Administration's RISE Implementation initiative. Key Responsibilities Analyze the impact of policy changes on business processes, staffing models, and governance structures Support the development of assessment tools and summarize findings from stakeholder interviews Coordinate efforts to ensure policy compliance during implementation and track issues related to regulatory constraints Required Qualifications 3 years of relevant experience in policy analysis and research Bachelor's degree in public policy, political science, or a related field Consulting experience with large, complex Cabinet-level federal agencies Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance Legal authorization to work in the U.S
