This role will support a growing Medical Network and lead the Kaleidoscope implementation for Ophthalmology while assisting with additional Ambulatory initiatives.Required SkillsActive Epic Ambulatory certificationActive Epic Kaleidoscope certificationHands on experience leading Kaleidoscope implementations, preferably for OphthalmologyDesired SkillsExperience with clinical device integrations (Ultrasound, EKGs, Forum Zeiss)Strong project management, documentation, and stakeholder communication skillsExperience mentoring or supporting newly certified Epic analystsDay To Day ResponsibilitiesLead and serve as primary builder for the Kaleidoscope Ophthalmology implementationSupport Ambulatory initiatives, including GoldStars/Staying Current strategy, tracking, and reportingAssist with Clinical Device Integration efforts and mentor a newly certified analystCoordinate across IT and Clinical Operations teams to drive project outcomesProvide regular status updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders
