E-Logic is seeking a Junior Developer to support IT East Bay Municipal Utility District initiatives, including application development, maintenance, and system enhancements. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow in a structured, compliance-driven environment. This position will be on call basis.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and maintaining applications (web, mobile, or internal systems).Support debugging, testing, and troubleshooting activities.Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.Assist with API integrations and data exchange processes.Document technical processes, code, and configurations.Collaborate with senior developers and project teams.Required Qualifications1-3 years of experience in software development.Knowledge of one or more: Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript.Basic understanding of databases (SQL).Familiarity with Git/version control.Strong willingness to learn and adapt.PreferredExposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).Internship or academic project experience in software development.Important NoticeThis role is part of a proposal for the East Bay Municipal Utility District.
