If this is you, we’d love to talk.What You Will DoEnsure calibration and qualification activities are within the framework of FDA, ISO requirements, internal and corporate procedures.Utilize computer systems for managing the calibration program (SAP, MII, Minitab, Microsoft, etc.).Ability to write, review, update, and approve SOP’s and associated forms.Minimize the risk and exposure to non-conformances, and compliance gapsConduct audits of the Quality Laboratory, and external vendors as appropriate.Ensure calibration metrics are in place and analyze metrics and identify trends and corrective actions.Participate and find areas of opportunity for continuous improvement within the calibration program.Ensures data generated is generated in accordance to good documentation practices.Serve as an area subject matter expert during internal and external audits.Ensure the timely closure of Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) investigations, on-going investigations and other non-conformance investigations related to calibrations.Performs calibrations on equipmentManages calibration and equipment qualification expenses within a planned budget.Support appropriate product development quality related projects: internal and external.Creates and presents reports for management, and other internal groups.
