Responsibilities for a Senior CNC Programmer include but are not limited to:Generate, maintain, and optimizeCNC programsusingNX‑CAMfor 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis machines (milling, turning, EDM).Program and support CNC machines usingFanuc, Siemens, Okuma, and Haas controls .Verify and validate new CNC programs usingVericutprior to shop floor release.Providedaily programming, troubleshooting, and technical supportto the shop floor and Manufacturing Engineering teams, including operator training.Candidates for Senior CNC Programmer must meet the following requirements to be considered:Extensive experience as aCNC Programmer , including5‑axis machiningin aerospace or high‑precision manufacturing.Strong hands‑on knowledge ofNX‑CAM ,Vericut , and advanced CNC programming (macros, Renishaw probing, closed‑loop machining).Experience machininghigh‑temperature superalloysused in aerospace or heavy‑duty gas turbine components.Solidgeometry and trigonometry skills , with strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.What's in this Senior CNC Programmer position for you?Pay:$62.59/hrShift:1st Shift | Monday–FridayWeekly paycheckDedicated Onboarding Specialist & RecruiterAccess to PDS Tech’s Aspire Academywith thousands of free upskilling coursesThisSenior CNC Programmerrole is being recruited for by one of ourCentralized Delivery Teamsand not your local Branch.
