HVAC Technician - Maintenance

EXCEL Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC technician to join our team. As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within our plant. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our manufacturing environment remains optimal for production and employee comfort. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment in a plant setting. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and implement effective solutions. Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address and resolve mechanical issues. Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in the development and implementation of HVAC system improvements. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or relevant technical degree preferred. Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a plant or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and mechanical components. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
