For more information on working and life at World Centric, please visit our website .Reports to: Manager of FP&AObjective And Scope Of RoleThe FP&A Analyst serves as a key analytical resource supporting financial planning, pricing strategy, business intelligence and regulatory compliance (most notably EPR) reporting. This role combines quantitative analysis, business partnership, and operational finance responsibilities to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business efficiency. The analyst will be the subject matter expert on pricing analytics and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance while supporting broader FP&A and business intelligence products, customers, regions, and time periodsIdentify patterns in pricing effectiveness and customer price sensitivityTrack price realization versus list prices and discount trendsPerform win/loss analysis correlated with pricing decisionsMonitor competitive pricing and market positioningCalculate price elasticity and volume-price trade-offsPricing Optimization & RecommendationsBuild pricing models to evaluate scenarios and recommend optimal pricing strategiesAnalyze margin impact of pricing changes across product linesSupport new product pricing decisions with market and cost analysisDevelop pricing segmentation strategies by customer type or channelIdentify opportunities for pricing optimization and margin improvementCreate dashboards and reports for pricing performance and whitespace opportunitiesExtended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Reporting (15% of time)EPR Compliance ManagementOwn end-to-end EPR reporting process for all applicable jurisdictionsTrack and stay current on EPR regulations across relevant states/provincesEnsure timely and accurate filing of all EPR reports to regulatory agenciesMaintain documentation and audit trails for EPR complianceCalculate EPR fees and costs for financial planning purposesServe as primary point of contact with EPR compliance agencies and third-party administratorsData Management & AnalysisCollect and validate product packaging data for EPR reportingCoordinate with Operations, Procurement, and Product teams on packaging specificationsBuild and maintain systems to track packaging materials by Forecasting Support (10% of time)Assist Manager of FP&A in annual budgeting processSupport quarterly re-forecasting with data gathering and analysisBuild financial models for scenario planningAnalyze historical trends to inform forward-looking assumptionsCoordinate with department heads on budget submissionsTrack and report budget performanceAd Hoc Analysis & Special Projects (5% of time)Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from CFO and senior leadershipSupport strategic initiatives with financial modeling and analysisParticipate in cross-functional projects requiring financial expertiseConduct competitive analysis and market research as neededAssist with due diligence or M&A activities if applicableRequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field (required)ExperienceMinimum: 2-3 years of experience in pricing analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or related analytical roleIdeal: 3-5 years with demonstrated progression in analytical complexityExperience with pricing analysis or revenue management (strongly preferred)Experience with regulatory reporting or compliance (helpful but not required)Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products industry (helpful for EPR understanding)Market research and competitive intelligence experienceExperience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Understanding of product development lifecyclesRequiredTechnical SkillsAdvanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, data modeling)Strong
