Seasonal Role - Customer Service Representative - HVAC Scheduling - Family-Owned

Are you calm under pressure, organized, and energized by helping people?We're a locally owned residential HVAC company serving the Kansas City area since 1971, and we're looking for a seasonal Customer Service Representative to help us deliver a smooth, professional experience during our busiest months.This is not a "sit and answer phones" job. You are the first impression of our company and the traffic controller for our field team.What You'll Do Answer inbound service calls with warmth and professionalism Schedule and dispatch HVAC service appointments efficiently Communicate clearly with technicians and customers Confirm upcoming appointments and manage reschedules Enter accurate job notes and customer details in our system Help keep the office organized and running smoothly Support the team during peak heating and cooling seasons What Makes Someone Great in This Role Strong attention to detail Calm and confident in high-volume environments Clear, friendly phone communication Comfortable using software and learning new systems Team-first mindset Willingness to help wherever neededExperience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus - but not required.
