Traveling Construction SUPERINTENDENT

Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking Traveling Superintendents to join our upbeat and motivated Construction Team. TOP PAY ***FULL BENEFITS *** 401K Responsibilities Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for retail build-outs, and remodels. Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients. Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs. Enforce safety protocols, company policies, and project specifications. Coordinate scheduling and sequencing of work to meet aggressive project deadlines. Perform quality control checks and ensure work meets plans, specs, and client expectations. Maintain daily logs, photos, and reports documenting project progress. Conduct site meetings and facilitate effective communication between field teams and project management. Ensure compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations. Identify and resolve issues in the field to keep the project on track. Travel to and remain on-site at project locations throughout the U.S., often for multiple weeks at a time. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial/retail construction. Proven track record managing multi-site retail rollouts or national brand projects. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with digital reporting tools and construction management software (e.g., Procore, or similar). OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain). Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively.
