Our world-class team includes experts in all aspects of spacecraft subsystems design, development, and test, on-orbit operations, and safety.About the Position: We’re seeking a network expert who can lead the design, implementation, and optimization of hybrid network environments with a focus on resiliency, scalability, and security. You’ll troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, contribute to long-term roadmap planning, and develop tools to monitor and enforce compliance.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement complex hybrid network architectures in support of ongoing business initiatives.Champion continuous improvement to existing designs and methodologiesParticipate in multi-year roadmap planning sessions with a focus on flexibility and resiliency in support of company long-term direction.Develop and utilize centralized configuration tools to allow monitoring and reporting on compliance with cyber policy.Perform advanced diagnostics and resolve complex connectivity issues affecting business revenue opportunitiesAdvise programs on network design, security and compliance standards, communicating with a broad spectrum of multi discipline engineers and leadership.Provide guidance to a team of network engineers on the technical implementation and support of hybrid networks.RequirementsMust be a U.S. CitizenWilling to obtain CompTIA Security + or equivalent certificationWilling and able to obtain Security ClearanceWilling and able to pass CI PolygraphRequires 15+ years’ experience administering LANs and WANs in a complex operational environment with high uptime requirementsKnowledge of data / IP networking and protocols (e.g., VXLAN/EVPN, BGP, OSPF, GRE, TCP, FTP, DNS)8+years experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls8+years experience with Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls8+years experience creating and maintaining documentation of solutionsExperience with network security issues and solutionsExperience creating and maintaining monitoring in a large-scale enterprise environmentStrong verbal and written communications skills, including creation of SOPs, maintenance plans, network drawings, etc.Strong analytical abilitiesMust possess a strong client focusParticipation in on-call rotation, minimum onsite requirement 3 days / week.Preferred RequirementsActive/current security clearance with polygraphValid CompTIA Security + or equivalent certificationProfessional certifications in at least one technology solution.Experience with Juniper routers, switches, and firewallsExperience with Palo Alto Networks firewallsExperience with Zabbix or similar monitoring solutionsExperience with cloud-based connectivity modelsExperience with centralized DNS/DHCP solutionsExperience with network automationExperience with wireless technologies and load balancersUS EEO StatementIntuitive Machines is an Equal Opportunity employer.
