They bring deep expertise in high-performance environments-such as cleanrooms, cold storage, and mission-critical data centers-delivered under a strong ethic of safety and integrity.Job DescriptionSupport the Project Manager in developing, updating, and tracking the overall project schedule.Assist with coordinating day-to-day tasks to help the team meet key milestones, including design coordination, procurement, construction activities, startup, commissioning, punch list, and closeout.Monitor construction site progress and help track schedule and budget performance, escalating potential issues to the Project Manager as needed.Assist in the coordination and administration of subcontractors, including tracking scopes, schedules, and performance during various project phases.Support the procurement process by helping prepare subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and related documentation.Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal team members, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely information flow.Provide administrative and technical support such as meeting notes, RFIs, submittal tracking, and document control.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
