Position: Program Manager (AML Compliance)Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% REMOTE)Summary:Looking for a Program Manager with experience in running multiple Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk and compliance projectsThe Program Manager will drive cross-functional coordination across compliance, technology, operations, and risk functions — as well as external advisors — resolving dependency and resource gaps while producing audit-ready, traceable remediation artifacts that satisfy First Line, Second Line, and Third Line of Defense validation standardsThe ideal candidate brings proven BSA/AML remediation experience (specifically within payments), strong program governance capabilities, and the ability to deliver credible executive-level status reporting to senior leadership, Compliance Committees, and Board audiences under tight regulatory deadlinesThe Program Manager should be able to walk in with a playbook and toolset to manage this large complex programThis position is 100% RemoteResponsibilities:Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive BSA/AML policies, procedures, and controlsAssist in overseeing various components of the BSA/AML program, including customer due diligence, sanctions screening, AML and sanctions screening, and suspicious activity reporting, where applicableParticipate in risk assessments to identify and evaluate BSA/AML risks across products, services, customers, and geographic locationsCollaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance program effectivenessDrive cross-functional coordination across compliance, technology, operations, and risk functions — as well as external advisors — resolving dependency and resource gaps while producing audit-ready, traceable remediation artifacts that satisfy First Line, Second Line, and Third Line of Defense validation standardsMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, decisions, and change management recordsFacilitate effective communication among stakeholders and ensure adherence to project governance standardsBudget Responsibility: Capability to manage project budgets over $7 Million, or a portfolio of projects that have an aggregate total over $21 Million for all active projects assignedQualifications:7-10+ years of Program/Project Management experience, preferably involving Banking or Financial ServicesProven Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) remediation experience (specifically within payments), strong program governance capabilities, and the ability to deliver credible executive-level status reporting to senior leadership, Compliance Committees, and Board audiences under tight regulatory deadlinesProven ability to manage running multiple BSA/AML risk and compliance projectsExperience with managing cross-functional teamsExperience in Project Management methodologies and tools, including Agile, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or MS ProjectKnowledge of Project Management techniques, experience to resolve complex problems, and practical experience in project scoping and cost estimatingStrong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent real-world experience may be consideredCSM/CSPO/PMP Certifications are preferredWhy Join ParadigmAt Paradigm, integrity drives innovation.
