Job Title: Sr. Director – Oracle Cloud HCMLocation: 100% RemoteDuration: Long TermJob OverviewSeeking a Senior Director to lead enterprise Oracle Cloud HCM strategy, implementation, and operations. This role will oversee functional teams and drive system optimization across Payroll, Time & Labour, Absence Management, and Scheduling within a large healthcare organization.Responsibilities:Lead Oracle Cloud HCM strategy and roadmapOversee implementation and optimization of HCM modulesManage functional teams and cross-functional stakeholdersDrive ERP operations across Payroll, Time & Labour, Absence, SchedulingEnsure compliance with regulatory and audit requirementsLead testing, validation, and post-go-live stabilisationPartner with HR, Finance, IT, and leadership teamsManage vendor and consulting relationshipsSupport continuous improvement and quarterly system releasesRequired Qualifications:Oracle Cloud HCM (functional leadership level)ERP leadership experience (Director / Sr. Director level)Payroll + Time & Labour expertiseLarge enterprise implementationsHealthcare or public sector strongly preferredExperience with unionised workforce environmentsPreferred:Oracle Cloud certificationsExperience leading large-scale transformation programsStrong governance and compliance experience
