You'll work directly with our customers (other companies) and teams at CSC to provide solutions that help their business run smoother and smarter. Passionate about service quality, giving back to the community, and devoted to continuous improvement, CSC is the business behind business.Some of the things you'll be doing:Build relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concernsFulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customersRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronicallyProvide excellent customer service to both internal and external clientsOrganize the workflow to meet customers' time frames and demandsNavigate between multiple databases quickly and accuratelyRecommend process improvements where applicableMaintain and grow existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate servicesWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?Experience working in a customer service or administrative capacityEnergetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAttention to detail and accuracyStrong prioritization and time-management skillsFlexibility and agility, with the ability to multitaskProblem-solving skillsStrong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and ExcelEffective verbal and written communication skillsSalesforce experience a plusAt CSC, compensation decisions are dependent on a number of factors including job location and the knowledge and experience of each individual. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,000-55,000.
