Content Designer

Our Financial/ Banking client is seeking a Content Designer to join their team for the next 5+ months, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in New York, NY. Job Title: Content Designer, Payments Onboarding Job SummaryInfluences and executes the strategic vision for client onboarding experiences across Commercial and Investment Bank payment platforms. Creates consistent, user-centered content for application flows, activation journeys, help documentation, and educational materials that align with established standards and governance frameworks.
