Floor InspectorThe Floor Inspector tests and inspects products throughout production stages to maintain quality and reliability in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.Key Responsibilities & Essential FunctionsPerform hourly in-process inspections for all running jobs using ECM inspection machineUse hand gauges, scales, and visual inspection to identify product defectsNotify operators immediately when non-conforming parts are detectedDocument inspection results accurately in designated electronic systemsScan and manage inspection records in CEBOS systemQuarantine nonconforming parts physically and in MRP system with proper identification and labelingObtain required manufacturing and quality documentation for production associatesProvide gauges and inspection tools as neededSupport additional Quality department duties as assigned
