Calling all experienced window and door service technicians!$23 to $26 an hour plus $450/month vehicle stipend and gas card.At Florida Window and Door, we take pride in installing the highest quality impact windows and doors for residential homes. As one of the top home improvement companies in Florida—ranked 20th in the nation by Qualified Remodeler—we are growing and looking for experienced Window and Door Service Technicians to join our team!About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and confident Service Technician with window and door experience to troubleshoot service concerns, perform repairs, and assess installation quality. This role is designed for professionals who can make authoritative decisions under pressure and adapt to changing demands.This position also provides a defined career path to Quality Control Inspector for those who excel. Those who apply should look to grow within their role.Your ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships and trust with customers and clientsTeam up with colleagues and other team memberPreform initial Inspection, identify all issues suggest and implement solutionsDiagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutionsPerform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management andmaintenanceComprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefingsProduce timely and detailed service reports on work performed on a company-issued tabletCheck and update field automation systems and databasesAdhere to the company procedures and protocolsView and asset Install and report on install qualityOperate vehicle in a safe manner and comply with Florida State and DOT laws.Must be able to lift 30 to 40lbs on occasionOther duties as assignedRequirementsQualifications - Experienced Candidates Only:Required: Service Technician or installation experience with windows and doors (construction backgrounds may be considered).Decision making skills—must confidently assess situations and determine the best course of action.Proficient with hand and power tools, with a strong ability to perform heavy lifting.Tech-savvy—comfortable using virtual software for documentation and reporting.Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.Dependable, adaptable, and calm under pressure.Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!If you're ready to perform on-site activities with confidence, professionalism, and precision, we encourage you to apply.
