For more information, visit www.redditinc.com.We are looking for a Senior Signals Specialist to join our Technical Solutions team and serve as a trusted technical partner for advertisers implementing and optimizing their ad signals.In this role, you will work closely with priority advertisers to assess their technical stack, onboard them to conversions API and pixel-based solutions, and ensure high-quality signal capture through rigorous testing and QA. You will also support non-priority advertisers through reactive troubleshooting, partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve signal-related issues efficiently. This is a hands-on, client facing role for someone who enjoys translating complex technical concepts into practical solutions that unlock performance outcomes.Please note that this role is required to work in person from our LA office 1-2 days per week.ResponsibilitiesAct as the technical subject matter expert for advertiser signal integrations, including CAPI and pixelsLead technical discovery calls to understand advertisers’ tech stacksGuide advertisers through end-to-end CAPI onboarding, including implementation, configuration, and validationPerform QA and debugging to ensure accurate, complete, and deduplicated event dataAdvise on best practices for event design, data mapping, and measurement strategyTroubleshoot signal issuesDiagnose discrepancies related to data loss, event mismatches, deduplication, and attribution gapsProvide clear, actionable guidance to advertisers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficientlyPartner with sales, product, and engineering to unblock advertiser issues and surface recurring signal gapsIdentify trends in advertiser challenges and contribute feedback to improve tooling, documentation, and workflowsHelp shape internal best practices and playbooks for signal implementation and supportRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in ad tech or related rolesHands-on experience with CAPI, pixels, and partner integrationsStrong understanding of ads signals including events, attribution, and data pipelinesExperience working directly with external clients in a technical or consultative capacityAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issues across frontend systemsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesBA/BS DegreeBenefitsComprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs401k with Employer MatchGlobal Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving supportFamily Planning SupportGender-Affirming CareMental Health & Coaching BenefitsFlexible Vacation & Paid Volunteer Time OffGenerous Paid Parental Leave Pay TransparencyThis job posting may span more than one career level.In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
