Sales Agronomist — Florida RegionTriYield, LLC | Full-time | Florida (Must reside in FL)TriYield is seeking a proven results-driven Sales Agronomist to support and grow our business with sod farms and specialty crop growers across Florida. This role combines agronomic expertise with relationship-building and consultative selling to help customers improve crop performance using TriYield’s plant nutrition solutions and technologies.Responsibilities·      Build and maintain strong relationships with sod farms, specialty crop growers, and agricultural producers·      Consult with customers to evaluate needs and recommend agronomic programs and plant nutrition solutions·      Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence·      Provide agronomic support and technical recommendations to customers and internal teams·      Represent TriYield at trade shows, field days, and key industry events·      Track customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity in CRM systems·      Travel throughout the Florida territory, including occasional overnight tripsQualifications·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Soil Science, or related field·      5+ years of experience in sod production, specialty crop production, or Florida ag sales·      Strong understanding of soil science, plant biology, and crop nutrition·      Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills·      Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively·      Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools·      Must reside in FloridaWhy TriYield·      Triyield has a proven portfolio of innovative products that will provide great ROI·      Work with innovative agronomic and plant nutrition technologies that make an impact·      Join a fast-growing company with competitive pay, benefits, and massive opportunityLearn more at TriYield.com
