An exciting opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to support students in a K-12 educational setting on Maryland's Mid-Eastern Shore for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is ideal for a school-based clinician who values collaboration, meaningful student outcomes, and working as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.

Full-time, W2 position
37.5 hours per week
Start Date: August 2026
In-person services only
Competitive compensation:$55-$65 per hour , based on experience

Student Population & Caseload
Multiple age groups and grade levels
Approximate caseload of 45-50 students
Students may present with:
Other Health Impairments (OHI)
Specific Learning Disabilities
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Language Impairments
Articulation, Fluency, Voice, and Pragmatic Communication Needs
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
Participate in IEP meetings as a related service provider
Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
Collaborate with teachers, special educators, administrators, and families
Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate
Educate families and staff regarding communication strategies and student needs
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license or license eligibility
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience with IEP development, compliance documentation, and educational service delivery
Strong assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic, communication, and collaboration skills
