Cake Decorator - Full-Time

CAKE DECORATOR : Production Clerk working in the Department's Manufacturing Section and responsible for performing skilled finishing work with cakes and specialty items. This person's primary duties include following the production schedule, icing cakes and specialty items, applying custom or more general decorations, creating art work, packaging, and producing related novelty items within the guidelines set for the Department. Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned and including those performed by a less specialized Production Clerk.Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.Previous Work Experience: Experience with bakery finishing and cake decoration preferredPhysical Demands: lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.Other Work Considerations: productivity; organizational ability; able to work with minimal supervision; reliable and dependable.
