As an Analyst, Revenue Operations, you'll transform complex data into clear, actionable intelligence that empowers Sales, Finance, Product, and leadership teams to uncover new opportunities and make smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing)Analyze core revenue, demand, and supply metrics to uncover advertiser spending trends, sales performance insights, and revenue opportunities
Build, maintain, and distribute regular reporting that delivers a holistic view of inventory, monetization, and advertising performance across the portfolio
Evaluate ad product and monetization performance, identifying optimization opportunities that balance user experience and revenue growth
Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and leadership teams to deliver insights that inform strategy, prioritization, and decision-making
Contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and executive-level presentations
Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to QA data, identify gaps, and improve data pipelines and reporting workflows
Maintain a deep understanding of key data sources including Salesforce (CRM), AdPoint (OMS), ad server data (GAM), and other relevant platforms
Proactively lead analytics-driven projects and processes that enhance transparency across the advertising "pitch to pay" lifecycle
Qualifications (What We're Looking For)Experience analyzing digital advertising, yield, or revenue data in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with experience building reports and dashboards
Familiarity with digital media analytics and automated buying channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise
Ability to move quickly, adapt to change, and prioritize effectively
Preferred experience working with Salesforce, ad servers, and order management systems
Preferred background partnering with Sales and Finance teams on performance reporting and analysis
Preferred advanced degree or equivalent practical experience in business, economics, mathematics, or a related field
This role is based in New York City and operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring four days per week in the office.

The base salary for this role is between$76,000 - $85,000 . The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
