Pediatrics Physician

Position Overview: HealthPlus Staffing is partnering with a respected Pediatrics clinic in Chatham, NJ, to find a dedicated and experienced Lead Medical Assistant. This role is ideal for a compassionate and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with a background in Pediatrics, especially in a leadership capacity. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a team of 4 Medical Assistants, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations. Assist 5 Pediatricians in delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population, including a significant number of patients on the spectrum. Perform clinical duties, including patient intake, vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols. Collaborate with the clinic's administrative and clinical staff to enhance patient experience and care delivery. Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays. Qualifications: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Pediatrics. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred. Strong understanding of pediatric care, especially for patients on the spectrum. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Schedule: Full-time position (40 hours per week). Typical hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mondays until 6:30 PM). Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Flexibility is required to meet the clinic's needs. Why Chatham, NJ?
