Embrace the chance to work in a setting that values community, dignity, and purpose every day.Compensation$16 - $20 hourlyResponsibilitiesAdminister Medications Dispense medications as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN), maintaining an annual error rate of no more than one mistakeResident Response Attend to any and all resident call lights within 10 minutes to ensure responsive and attentive careLight Housekeeping Perform regular light housekeeping in resident rooms at least once weekly to promote a clean and comfortable living spaceKeep each room up to high standards of sanitization by changing bedpans and sheets, and performing regular room cleaningService Charting Accurately document all services provided without missing tasks, ensuring compliance with company standardsAssistance with ADLs Support residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to each individual’s Client Service Plan, with a zero-tolerance policy for missed tasksGive patient support with basic care, daily living activities, bathing, getting dressed, going to the restroom, eating regular meals, and taking proper medication dosagesActivities Encourage and initiate activities to enhance residents' mental and physical health and promote socialization.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED is required - some college preferredExcellent communication and organizational skills are valuable, as is a compassionate, empathetic, and kind personalityExtreme Ownership Demonstrates accountability, ownership of outcomes, and proactively removes obstaclesResourcefulness Finds effective solutions even with limited resources and independently seeks knowledgePassion for Purpose (Big Why) Possesses a strong, genuine dedication to serving and caring for vulnerable adultsCommitment to Growth Actively pursues self-improvement and team betterment each dayHumility Embraces a solutions-focused attitude, welcoming feedback, and putting egos aside for the best outcomeReliability Shows up on time, prepared, and ready to deliver dependable supportGratitude Maintains a positive outlook, seeking and appreciating the good in all situationsA compassionate, kind, and empathetic personality is essential, with superb organization and communication skillsAbility to work every other weekendCBRF Certifications or willingness to obtain them during employment.Current CNA licenseAbout CompanyWe believe in living with a purpose outside of ourselves.
