Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in Deltona, FL, for a Volleyball Coach. The Volleyball Coach will be responsible for planning and leading practices, providing skills training, fostering teamwork, and developing competitive strategies. Other responsibilities include supervising players during games and practices, ensuring a safe environment, and motivating athletes to achieve their goals both as individuals and as a team. Qualifications Expertise in Volleyball and Coaching, with a demonstrated ability to teach and guide athletes in this sport.Strong Communication skills, with a focus on effective interaction with players, team members, and parents.Experience in leading Training sessions and developing player skills and strategies.Background in Education or experience working with youth is a strong advantage.Ability to inspire teamwork, discipline, and a love for sports in a positive and inclusive environment.First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
