The Clinical Pharmacist will work with the Manager, Pharmacy to facilitate the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective drug therapies. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.Requirements: • Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy required, PharmD degree preferred• PGY1 residency or 3 or more years of inpatient practice preferred• Valid and active Alabama pharmacist license required • Alabama Controlled Substance certification required • BLS required• Ability to accurately perform computer order entry duties• Proficient in needed pharmaceutical calculations and the metric system• Basic knowledge in pharmacokinetic calculations • Knowledge of aseptic techniqueBaptist Works Job ID #556.
