Experienced Litigation Attorney (Family Law/Divorce)Busy divorce and family law firm in Mount Pleasant seeking an experienced litigation attorney who is self-motivated, client-centric, and comfortable in Court. This role is for someone who can run their own caseload and take cases from intake through resolution (settlement or trial).Responsibilities:Manage a full caseload of contested family law matters (divorce, custody, support, equitable distribution, enforcement)Draft and argue motions; handle temporary hearings and trialsConduct discovery; take/defend depositionsPrepare witnesses, exhibits, and trial strategyCommunicate proactively with clients and opposing counsel; keep cases movingRequirements:Licensed attorney in good standingLitigation experience required (family court preferred; comparable litigation considered)Ability to work independently with strong organization and follow-throughStrong writing, professionalism, and client communication skillsCompensation: Salary negotiable based on experience.To apply: Submit resume and a brief cover letter summarizing litigation experience, courtroom experience (hearings/trials), and ability to manage a caseload independently.Family Law Paralegal (Full-Time)Busy divorce and family law firm seeking a full-time Paralegal to support a high-volume litigation practice.
