Systems Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support for projects throughout planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch phasesWork collaboratively with product, software, QA, IT/OT, sales, and customer teamsAssess system requirements, architecture, and technical specificationsIdentify and resolve issues related to system performance, scalability, and integrationLead design and deployment readiness assessmentsCoordinate efforts across software, database, and infrastructure teamsMaintain documentation, manage change requests, and oversee configuration proceduresOversee multiple projects within a structured lifecycle frameworkEvaluate system performance and implement continuous improvement strategiesKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesUnderstanding of industrial/OT and IT data systems and architecturesFamiliarity with database technologies and data integrationExperience with on-premise, virtualized, edge, and cloud deploymentsKnowledge of system lifecycle, configuration, and change management processesAbility to read and interpret architecture and network diagramsStrong skills in technical documentation and communicationProficiency with MS OfficeExcellent problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skillsEducation & ExperienceExperience supporting complex systems or database platformsBackground in coordinating projects with cross-functional teamsPreferred experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
