This full-time position offers a base salary plus commission and is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, customer interaction, and home improvement projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in selecting flooring products that meet their needs and budgetEducate customers on flooring options including (but not limited to) hardwood, luxury vinyl, laminate, tile, and carpetSchedule measurementsPrepare accurate estimates, quotes, and sales ordersFollow leads from start to finish to maintain strong customer relationshipsCoordinate with installers, vendors, and internal staffMeet or exceed individual and team sales goalsMaintain a clean, professional, and organized showroom and workspaceFollow up with customers after install to ensureQualificationsSales experience preferred (flooring or home improvement experience a plus)Strong organization, communication and customer service skillsConsultative selling approachBasic math skills and computer proficiencyBasic knowledge of using measuring toolsAbility to work full-time with some weekend availabilityPay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceWork Location: In person
