K-12 Educational Services Sales Representative Overview We are seeking a high performing K12 sales professional with a proven ability to build relationships and drive new business within school districts. This role is responsible for expanding our footprint by delivering school based staffing and behavioral health solutions that directly support student success and district outcomes. You will sell high impact services including School Nurses, Behavioral Health professionals, Paraprofessionals, RBTs and related educational support roles. This position is ideal for a self driven, consultative seller who understands school district decision making, funding cycles, and the complexity of selling into public and private education systems. This role offers the opportunity to own a large territory, influence strategic growth, and position yourself as a trusted partner to K12 leadership teams. Key Responsibilities New Business Development Identify, assess, and secure new K12 school district clients across a large, designated territory or region Sell school based staffing and behavioral health solutions aligned to district needs and funding structures Engage superintendents, special education leaders, school administrators, and procurement teams Identify and pursue RFPs, bids, and competitive opportunities Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution Account Management & Growth Build and maintain long term relationships with district decision makers and influencers Expand existing accounts through cross selling and upselling additional services Maintain consistent client communication to anticipate staffing needs and upcoming opportunities Partner internally to ensure strong service delivery and client satisfaction Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to school based leadership teams Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a territory plan focused on pipeline growth and revenue production Accurately track activity, opportunities, and forecasts in Bullhorn Manage key sales metrics including pipeline value, conversion rates, and close ratios Stay informed on education trends, funding cycles, and evolving staffing challenges Maintain awareness of competitive providers in the K12 staffing landscape Collaboration & Internal Alignment Partner closely with recruiting teams to align sales commitments with candidate availability Collaborate with operations and leadership to support smooth onboarding and service delivery Share market insights and client feedback with internal stakeholders Qualifications 5 years of experience in a national sales environment, with a proven track record of selling services or solutions into K12 school districts Experience selling education services, school staffing, healthcare staffing, or behavioral health services strongly preferred Strong understanding of school district purchasing processes, funding models, and timelines Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex sales cycles Highly organized, self motivated, and results driven Ability to provide supervisory professional references who can speak to sales performance and client impact in education or staffing environments Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annual salary plus commission Success Metrics New school district acquisitions Revenue and margin growth Pipeline growth and conversion rates Account expansion and retention Accurate and timely documentation in Bullhorn LI-EC1 LI-Onsite AC1 ACINTaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
