The role requires a California Property & Casualty Insurance License and fluency in Mandarin. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, advising on insurance products, negotiating policy terms, and facilitating effective sales operations to meet and exceed targets.QualificationsProven experience in Account Management and Insurance, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strong skills in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management, focused on achieving and surpassing performance targets.Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.Fluency in Mandarin is required to service Mandarin-speaking clients effectively.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts and tasks effectively.Proficiency in using insurance software and CRM systems is preferred.Prior experience in commercial insurance is highly desirable.
