Plaintiff Litigation Associate

A dynamic plaintiff litigation firm in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate attorney to join their team of approximately 40 lawyers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably with a background in antitrust, class actions, or complex litigation. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge cases alongside and across from big law firms, providing unparalleled exposure to complex and interesting legal matters.The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of running cases from start to finish, conducting depositions, managing e-discovery, and handling various class actions and antitrust matters. They will work closely with two partners who value proactive problem-solving, innovative thinking, and open communication. The firm welcomes defense attorneys looking to transition to plaintiff-side work and offers a collaborative atmosphere with significant responsibility and growth potential.Compensation for this role is competitive and bonus-heavy, with a base salary of $180,000 and generous discretionary bonuses. The firm offers attractive benefits, including a 25% 401K match with no cap and paid parental leave. The firm works in the office five days per week.
