Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support / AV Support Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Windows workstations, Unix/Linux thin clients, AV collaboration systems, and ITSM tools. The ideal candidate will provide Tier II/III support for enterprise environments, manage AV and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) deployments, and ensure high SLA compliance using ITIL-based processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier II/III desktop support for Windows 10/11, Unix/Linux thin clients, and iOS devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for workstations, printers, scanners, tablets, and peripherals.
Support and maintain AV and collaboration systems, including Microsoft Surface Hubs, Logitech, Poly, Crestron, and MTR setups.
Perform AV room surveys, coordinate installations, and support hybrid meeting rooms across multiple locations.
Manage incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow, ensuring SLA adherence.
Execute firmware updates, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management for AV equipment.
Develop and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts to automate deployments and diagnostics.
Support VMware-based virtual desktops and ensure compliance with corporate IT policies.
Collaborate with vendors (HP, Cisco, AV partners) to resolve escalated issues.
Create and maintain change management and audit documentation following ITIL standards.

Pay: $24.60 - $29.63 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
