The firm operates with a mission to transform neighborhoods and improve lives through value-driven real estate.With deep expertise in Miami's urban core and emerging submarkets, Fausto Commercial has built a reputation as a top-producing brokerage with a diverse portfolio across multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and land development assets.Position OverviewFausto Commercial is seeking a high-performance Sales Manager to lead and scale a team of 40–50 commercial real estate agents across multiple sectors and geographic markets throughout Miami.This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, is passionate about coaching and developing talent, and is motivated by building both top-producing agents and stronger communities.If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & CultureLead, inspire, and manage a team of 40–50 commercial real estate agentsFoster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative sales environmentTraining & DevelopmentTrain all new hires on the Fausto sales script, systems, and brokerage standardsRun structured bi-weekly/monthly in-office trainings focused on sales execution, market knowledge, and deal-makingContinuously develop agents across asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and landPerformance ManagementMonitor and track key agent KPIs:Call volumeAppointments setConversion / closing ratiosHold agents accountable to production goals and activity standardsIdentify underperformance early and implement coaching and improvement plansSales Execution & StrategyDrive revenue growth across multiple commercial sectors and territoriesEnsure consistent execution of Fausto's proven sales processes and client strategiesCollaborate with leadership to refine and optimize sales systemsReporting & AnalyticsCompile and present weekly and monthly performance reports to the executive teamAnalyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunitiesUse insights to improve team output and deal flowRecruiting & GrowthAssist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new agentsHelp scale the team while maintaining a high talent bar and strong cultural xevrcyc fitQualifications3–7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, or sales leadershipProven experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teamsStrong understanding of KPI-driven sales environments and pipeline managementExcellent leadership, coaching, and communication skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentLocated in Miami, with the ability to commute to the Little Havana HQ dailyFluent in English & SpanishPreferred QualificationsActive Florida real estate licenseExperience in multi-sector commercial real estate (multifamily, retail, industrial, office, land)Experience managing teams across multiple geographic marketsBilingual (Spanish/English)CompensationBase Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (based on experience) + Bonus
