Apply today and let's do great things together!Job DescriptionThe Wholesale Coordinator Floater responsibilities include supporting various teams by managing a diverse portfolio of loan files, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining exceptional service levels. This position specifically requires coverage of paid time off (PTO) for Wholesale Pipeline Coordinator(s) and other Wholesale Operations positions as needed. This position also requires processing of overflow loans and other duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by management.Primary Job Duties:Process applications for submission to underwritingWork with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC's and title companiesWorks with third parties to obtain conditionsScanning and uploading file documentation into LOSClear loan conditions with applicants and communicating with loan officersAnalyze Credit, income, tax returns and asset documentsFile follow-up and notation in accordance with policyEnsure confidentiality of client filesProvide coverage for Pipeline Coordinators and other Wholesale Operations positions, ensuring continuity and consistency in service.Create and maintain shared documents, checklists, and folders for Coordinators to streamline communication and file updates.Adapt to varying workloads and team needs, providing support wherever it is most needed.Must be able to work independently and as part of a teamOther duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by managementQualificationsPrevious mortgage processing experience requiredIntermediate knowledge of mortgage loan documents, loan origination and underwriting guidelinesAbility to handle advanced tasks with minimal supervisionWorks well under pressureAbility to meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlinesDemonstrates at all times professional behavior with colleagues and supervisorsStrong time management and prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlinesMust be able to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulationsDemonstrates reliability and punctualityAbove average oral/ written communication skills, customer service, and analytical skillsIntermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)Works with a strong sense of urgencyExhibits a positive attitude and strong collaboration skillsDemonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a growth-oriented mindsetTakes initiative in additional responsibilities and process improvementsAdditional InformationWorking in a growing and dynamic industryFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, and wide array of voluntary products and discounts401(k) with company matchPaid time offThis is a non exempt roleTarget base salary range is 50-55K which is based on various factors including skills and work experience.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program via a monthly production bonusLBF is an EEO/AA/Vet/Disabled EmployerPlease note that salaries that are estimated on various job sites may not reflect the actual compensation.
