Desktop Support Technician
Should have 5+ years of experience as Desktop Support.
The individual performs a full range of computer administration functions with minimal direction and/or technical support.
Install application updates.
The Specialist is knowledgeable on the usage and support of Windows Operating systems and products that run on those platforms.
The individual will uninstall, repair, or update software and operating systems. The individual will perform advanced troubleshooting and remediation via remote support. Vendor technical liaison functions may be required.
Troubleshoot and remediate Operating System update failures.
Remove unsupported or vulnerable software from end users' computers.
Ensure that all work is documented for future reference.

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
