This environment combines the rigor of an institutional platform with the agility of a closely held enterprise.This is a high-visibility role supporting tax compliance, planning, and advisory work across investment entities, operating businesses, and personal holdings. The position offers exposure to complex, multi-layered structures and a strong foundation for long-term growth.The MandateSupport tax compliance across a complex portfolio of entities and investmentsAssist in tax planning initiatives across structures and asset classesEnsure accuracy, organization, and strong documentation across filingsStay current on evolving tax regulations and support impact analysisContribute to broader financial operations within the family officeKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare federal and state tax returns across partnerships, LLCs, S-corps, trusts, and individual filingsSupport tax planning initiatives including bonus depreciation, cost segregation, opportunity zone investments, and charitable strategiesMonitor federal and state tax legislation, with a focus on California, and assist in assessing portfolio impactAssist with quarterly and annual tax projections and track estimated payments across entitiesMaintain organized workpapers and documentation supporting tax positionsSupport responses to IRS and state tax notices or auditsContribute to accounting processes across family office entities as neededIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, including the integration of AI toolsIdeal ProfileBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA in progress preferred2–3 years of tax experience, ideally within public accounting or a family office environmentFoundational understanding of partnership taxation, including K-1s and pass-through entitiesExposure to real estate tax structures and depreciation frameworks is a plusFamiliarity with California tax compliance is preferredProficiency in QuickBooks Online and ExcelHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlinesStrong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholdersLocation & Work ModelBeverly Hills, CAOn-siteCompensation$100,000 base salary + bonusComprehensive benefits packageFinal package aligned with experience and qualifications
